Longview Ventures will focus on clinical-stage companies, Series B - Series C, as a complement to Broadview’s continued dedication to Seed and Series A financings. Longview Ventures investments will be vetted by a newly established independent Investment Advisory Committee, which will include Eric Rose, MD (SIGA Technologies, Mount Sinai School of Medicine), Terry McGuire (Polaris Partners), and Chris Mirabelli (HealthCare Ventures, Leap Therapeutics). Longview investments will be managed by the Broadview Ventures investment team and the proceeds will be used solely to support the mission of the Leducq Foundation.
